Brian K. Johnson has over 30 years of experience as an attorney with a primary practice in Intellectual Property matters. He has experience and expertise in all aspects of IP representation and client counseling, including US and international patent prosecution, trademark prosecution and copyright prosecution, licensing, agreement and due diligence work. His experience also includes patent litigation, copyright litigation, patent infringement opinion work and in-house corporate counsel functions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has provided IP counseling in connection with some of the largest IP law firms in New York City and within IP legal departments of Fortune 500 companies.
Brian K. Johnson is also an AT&T Bell Labs alum and an accomplished Electrical Engineer/Computer Scientist/AI expert with over 35 years of practice and exposure to a multitude of fields of expertise involving the same.
